SCHEDULE OF ADMINSTRATION FEES

Your Administration fee covers the following:  Full referencing of a Tenant, being Credit History Check, Employer Reference, Current/Previous Landlord/Agent Reference, Right to Rent Check; Preparation of your Tenancy Agreement, provide an full Inventory where necessary; meet with you at the property in order to move you into your new home, sign tenancy agreements, key handover, take meter readings and set up Utility Accounts; Allocation of Deposit into the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) 

Administration fee per Applicant                              :           £180 including VAT

Administration fee per Applicant (Bedsit only)        :           £150 including VAT

Administration fee for Couple                                   :           £300 including VAT

Renewal Administration fee further fixed period       :           £60 including VAT    

Renewal Administration fee Contractual Periodic

being a ONE OFF payment                                      :           £30 including VAT

Administration fee charge for Overdue Rent letter   :           £24 including VAT

Administration fee charge for chasing of Rent via

telephone/text message, each time                            :           £6 including VAT

Administration fee charge for each unpresented,

Returned or Refused Payment made by

Standing Order Mandate or cheque                           :           £24 including VAT

Administration fee charge for additional copies

of Tenancy paperwork during Tenancy                     :           £18 including VAT

Administration fee charge for copies of

Tenancy paperwork after end of Tenancy                 :           £36 including VAT

Administration fee charge for Tenant’s key loss

Out of Office hours between 5.30pm – 11.59pm      :           £48 including VAT

Out of Office hours between 12pm – 8am                 :           £72 including VAT    

 

Administration fee charge, should an early release

of Tenancy be agreed – this does not replace any

Rent money due to the end of the agreed period       :           £180 including VAT

Administration fee charge for un-cancelled

Standing Order Mandate after vacation                      :          £36 including VAT

 

Should you give Notice to vacate the property and then you subsequently decide to remain at the property, you will be responsible for all abortive charges including advertising costs, any refund of Administration Fees (if applicable) if the property is re-let and cost incurred of erecting boards.
